Cabbage salad with apple
A crisp, refreshing, and vibrant salad combining finely shredded cabbage with sweet-tart apples and fresh herbs. It works wonderfully as a light snack or an invigorating side dish for roasted meats. For the best texture, gently massage the cabbage with salt before adding the apple.
