    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius (355F).

    Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Melt together the butter and honey and sugar.

  4. 4

    Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.

    Press into a lined lamington tin and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and cool completely.

    Refrigerate before cutting until cold. The butter needs to seize to keep the slice together, or it will fall apart during cutting.

    Cut through the middle and then into 20 bars.

    Store in the fridge.
