Sugar free pear compote
Fragrant and delicate sugar free pear compote is a wonderful refreshing drink for the whole family. The natural sweetness of ripe pears is beautifully complemented by cinnamon and lemon zest. For the best flavor, leave the pot covered to cool completely after simmering so the fruit infuses fully.
