Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is a vibrant Middle Eastern herb salad packed with fresh flat-leaf parsley, mint, and ripe tomatoes. It makes a refreshing lunch or a zesty side dish alongside grilled proteins. For the crispest texture, ensure the washed herbs are completely dry before finely chopping them.
