Arancini
Arancini are fried rice balls originating from Italy. This recipe uses a simple mozzarella filling, but you can add various ingredients such as meat, vegetables, or mushrooms.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool slightly.

Add salt, pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 egg to the cooled rice. Mix well.

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

With your hands, make small rice balls, place a piece of mozzarella in the middle, and seal well.
