Blini Cake Tiramisu Style

This is a delicious dessert that combines traditional blini with tiramisu cream. Layers of blini and delicate cream create an extraordinary taste that everyone will enjoy.   • Cognac15 ml

    Sift the flour into a large bowl, add sugar and salt.

    In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and egg yolks.

    Add the flour mixture and knead the dough. You should get a smooth, elastic mass.

    Slowly pour the milk, melted (cooled) butter and cognac into the dough. Mix well until smooth.

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Bake several layers (about 18-20) of blini on a pan from the chilled dough, on both sides.

    Wrap the prepared blini in parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    To prepare the cream, whisk the mascarpone with powdered sugar and Marsala wine (rum, or coffee liqueur). You should get a thick, homogeneous mass.

    Assemble the cake from layers of blini and cream. Place a blini (if you have a deep tiramisu form, use it) on a suitable surface, spread with cream, put a layer of blini, spread with cream again, and so on. Finish with cream.

    Before serving, sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder through a sieve.
