Carrot Pkhali in Cabbage Leaves
A delicious and healthy Lenten dish made by wrapping carrot pkhali in cabbage leaves. It's a great option for vegetarian and vegan meals.

Carefully remove the cabbage leaves and place them in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes to soften.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil until golden brown.

Mix the grated carrots, sautéed onions, chopped parsley, garlic, and pepper together. Add walnut sauce and mix well.
