Carrot salad with walnuts
Crisp grated carrots meet rich Georgian walnuts, garlic, and fresh herbs in this vibrant and nutritious traditional salad. It makes a wonderful refreshing side dish or healthy snack packed with natural vitamins and healthy fats. For the best flavor, allow the salad to rest for fifteen minutes before serving so the dressing melds with the carrots.
