  • Vegetable oil30 ml
  • water100 ml

    Boil the carrots until tender. Cool and grind in a meat grinder.

    Grind the walnuts and garlic in a meat grinder.

    Add vinegar, blue fenugreek, coriander seeds, salt, and red pepper flakes (to taste) to the walnut mixture. Mix well.

    Squeeze the cooked and ground carrots to remove excess liquid. Add a small portion of the walnut mixture and mix well.

    Finely chop the onion and cilantro.

    Add chopped onion, cilantro, and half of the pomegranate seeds to the carrot mixture. Mix well and form small balls.

    Pour boiling water over the remaining walnut mixture and add a pinch of salt. Let it cool slightly.

    Place the carrot balls in the walnut sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining pomegranate seeds and drizzle with oil. Chill and serve.
