Chicken and Ham Wraps with Sulguni Sticks

A combination of chicken fillet, Sulguni cheese, and ham, flavored with tomato sauce, makes for a great quick and delicious dinner. It is easy to prepare and can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

    In a bowl, mix tomato paste, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and white sugar.

    Transfer 1/2 cup of the mixture to a separate container; you will need it later.

    Cut each chicken fillet lengthwise to create thin slices. Pound each slice.

    Place the chicken fillets in the tomato sauce mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Remove from the refrigerator, spread each fillet, place a Sulguni cheese stick, roll it up, and wrap each roll with a slice of ham.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

    Then remove, brush with the reserved tomato sauce mixture using a culinary brush, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
