Danduri
Danduri is a delicious and nutritious dish made from the plant of the same name. It is rich in vitamins and ideal for vegetarian diets. It's easy to prepare and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Wash the purslane thoroughly under running water and place it on a strainer to drain.

Place in boiling, salted water and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove to a strainer, rinse with cold water and let cool.

Finely chop the purslane.

Finely chop the onion.

Sauté the onion in oil, add the crushed garlic.

Add the chopped purslane and sauté with the onion.

Add the finely chopped cilantro, parsley, garlic, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
