Mimosa
The Mimosa is a light, effervescent, and uplifting cocktail with a bright citrus character. It is the quintessential drink for brunches, daytime celebrations, and festive mornings. For the best balance, always use freshly squeezed, strained orange juice and well-chilled dry sparkling wine.
