Neapolitan Meat Rolls
Thin slices of meat, filled with aromatic herbs and cheese, simmered in tomato sauce over low heat. A traditional Georgian dish with an Italian twist, perfect for serving with pasta.

Cut the beef fillet into thin slices and pound them.

Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese.

Mix the chopped parsley, garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese together.

Place the prepared filling on the pounded meat slices and roll them up. Secure with wooden skewers.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown.
