Pan-Fried Pork with Oriental Spices
This recipe was taught to me by a restaurant chef. The pork is prepared in an oriental style, with ginger, garlic, and anise. The result is a very aromatic and delicious dish.
Ingredients

Boil water in a pan, add pieces of pork and cook for 2-2 minutes on each side.

Remove the meat and place on a plate.

Add garlic, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon to the broth and leave on low heat.

Cut the meat into desired pieces.

In a separate small pan, add oil and heat. Gradually add sugar. When the sugar is completely melted, add the chopped meat and soy sauce, and finally the hot broth with its spices.

Cook for 2 hours on low heat.

Remove the lid from the pan and fry over high heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
