    Clean the pomegranate and separate the seeds.

    Place the pomegranate seeds in a saucepan and extract the juice over low heat.

    Pour the strained juice into a saucepan and place over low heat. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Cook until the volume is reduced to 20% of the original and the consistency becomes like liquid sour cream.
