  • Rice vinegar2 სუფრის-კოვზი
  • Peanut oil3 სუფრის-კოვზი

    Mix the pork pieces with cornstarch, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, rice vinegar and let it marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    For the sauce, mix the remaining soy sauce, sugar, and water in a bowl.

    Heat 1 tbsp of peanut oil in a thick-bottomed pan or wok, add ginger, garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then remove the garlic from the pan.

    Add the broccoli to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. If you want it softer, sauté for longer.

    Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside on a plate.

    Add the remaining oil to the pan and the pork with its marinade. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened and browned.

    Add the broccoli and pour in the prepared sauce, after 2-3 minutes of simmering, the dish is ready.
