    Cut the rabbit into 8 pieces, season with salt and pepper.

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rabbit pieces on all sides until golden brown. Set aside.

    Finely chop the garlic, peel and chop the tomatoes, peel and cut the onion into segments, remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into rings.
