    Boil the lasagna sheets in salted water for 5 minutes. Add 50g of oil to prevent sticking.

    Rinse the sheets with cold water and spread them on a large platter. Brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Grease the baking dish and arrange the boiled lasagna sheets.

    Sprinkle with grated Imeruli cheese, finely chopped beet greens, dill, and green onion.

    Distribute the boiled lasagna sheets and repeat the process.

    Arrange Sulguni cheese on top, then again Imeruli cheese and beet greens.

    Whisk the egg and milk together.
