This is a modern version of Achma, where lasagna sheets are used instead of the traditional dough. It's very tasty and easy to prepare, perfect for a quick dinner.

    Boil lasagna sheets in salted water for 5 minutes. Then rinse with cold water and spread on a large platter to dry. Drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).

    Melt the butter.

    Grate sulguni and Imeruli cheese and mix together. Add the egg and half of the melted butter.

    Grease the baking dish with the remaining melted butter.

    Place a layer of lasagna sheets on the bottom of the baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese mixture.

    Repeat layers several times until ingredients are used up. Top with remaining sulguni and Imeruli cheese.

    Bake at 200°C (392°F) until golden brown.
