    Pour one half into a thick-bottomed saucepan and place over medium heat to boil.

    In the other half, dissolve the corn flour and sugar with a mixer or whisk, stirring well to ensure no lumps remain.

    Once the juice in the saucepan boils, pour in the flour mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

    Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. After thickening, simmer for another 10 minutes.
