    Prepare the dough: Mix flour, water, and salt well and knead until the dough becomes elastic and has holes when cut.

    Divide the dough into 45 small balls, place them on the table, and let them rest for 20 minutes.

    Roll out each ball halfway and stack 7-7 layers on top of each other. Sprinkle flour between the layers to prevent sticking.

    Stretch each layer by hand until it is as thin as possible.

    Grease the baking form and spread the first layer of dough. The layer should extend beyond the baking sheet and should not be wrinkled.

    Spread melted butter on each layer and sprinkle ground hazelnuts and walnuts (together) on every 7th layer. Spread only butter on the last 9 layers. Nut and butter up to 35 layers, and only butter on the last 5 layers.

    Cut the baklava into desired shapes.

    Bake at 200 degrees Celsius until it rises, then reduce the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius and dry until golden brown.

    Prepare the syrup: Boil 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water until it thickens slightly.

    Remove the baklava from the oven, let it cool slightly, and pour the cold syrup over it.
