    Wash and dry the chili peppers and garlic.

    Grind the chili peppers and garlic in a meat grinder.

    Add the spices: blue fenugreek, ground cilantro, paprika, saffron (marigold) and ground fennel seeds.

    Add salt to taste.

    Grind the mixture through the meat grinder two more times.

    If you use less salt, store in the refrigerator. If you add aspirin, you can store it in ordinary dry jars. If you are making it without aspirin, it is necessary to sterilize the jars and lids in advance.
