This is a delicious and aromatic dessert made with quince, Aladasturi grape seeds, and other fruits. The dough is airy and tender, giving the cobbler a special charm.

    Chop the quince into small pieces.

    Add Aladasturi grape seeds, raspberries (if using), lemon zest, cinnamon, cornstarch, lemon juice, and honey to the chopped quince. Mix well.

    Mix the melted butter with sugar and whisk well.

    Add the egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.

    Add the flour along with the baking powder and mix well. The dough should be the consistency of sour cream.

    Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

    Place the fruit mixture on the bottom of the baking dish.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) with top and bottom heat for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown.
