Apple and Chocolate Puff Pastry Tartlets
A delicious and simple dessert made with puff pastry, apples, and chocolate. Perfect for serving with tea or coffee.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out the puff pastry thinly.

Cut out circles using a glass or bowl.

Transfer the pastry circles to a parchment-lined baking sheet and prick with a fork.

Slice the apples thinly and place them in a bowl.

Dilute the lemon juice with water and pour it over the apple slices. Then transfer to a strainer to remove excess liquid.

Spread melted chocolate (melted in a double boiler) on the pastry circles.

Arrange the apple slices in a pyramid shape and sprinkle with sugar.

Place a small piece of butter on each tartlet.

Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
