Apple Tart (Lenten)
This is a delicious and easy apple tart recipe, perfect for the Lenten period. The crust is crispy, and the apple filling is tender and fragrant.
Ingredients

Mix the softened margarine with sugar, Lenten mayonnaise, baking soda, and cold water.

Add flour and knead the dough. Add a little more flour if needed. The dough should not stick to your hands.

Wrap the dough in cellophane and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Peel and chop the apples.

Place the apples in a pot, add vinegar, and put on low heat. Cook until softened.

Add sugar and vanilla extract. Use a hand blender to whisk until smooth.
