- Water (boiled)500 ml
- Walnut Oil (Extracted)30 ml

Mince the walnuts, garlic, onion, and cilantro twice through a meat grinder.

Add the vinegar and mix well to help the walnuts release their oil. Save the released oil.

Pour boiling water over the walnut mixture and add salt. Mix well.

Add blue fenugreek, saffron, and dried coriander. Mix well.

Once slightly cooled, pour the Bazhe sauce over the fried chicken and drizzle with the extracted walnut oil.
