    Boil the beef over medium heat for about 1 hour, or until tender. Reserve the broth.

    Fry the boiled beef in butter until golden brown.

    In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in butter and oil. Add the bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

    Add the fried beef, spices (Utskho Suneli, dried coriander), tomato paste, and tomato juice to the onion and bell pepper mixture.

    Simmer over low heat for a few minutes, then pour in enough broth to slightly cover the meat. Cook over low heat until the fat rises to the top.

    Add the minced cilantro with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
