    Whisk the egg and sugar until you get a gogoli-mogoli consistency.

    Add baking soda to the matsoni, mix, and add to the egg and sugar mixture.

    Add oil, vanilla extract, and flour. Mix well, the dough should be slightly thick.

    Preheat the bebekebi form. Grease the inside with oil.

    Pour the dough into the form, spread evenly, cover with the other half of the form, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
