Blackberry Jam
This traditional Georgian blackberry jam captures the taste and aroma of summer. It's perfect with tea, spread on bread, or as a topping for desserts. It's simple to prepare and will surely delight you.

Gently wash the blackberries and let them dry. Ensure there are no damaged berries.

In a large pot, pour water and add sugar. Heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and a syrup is formed. Stir occasionally.

Once the syrup boils, carefully add the blackberries. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring gently to avoid damaging the berries.

Cook for about 30-35 minutes, or until the jam thickens. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface during cooking.
