Blueberry mors

Wash the blueberries, place them in a bowl, and crush thoroughly with a wooden spoon or potato masher. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth and keep the extracted raw juice chilled in the refrigerator.

Transfer the remaining berry pulp to a saucepan, pour in the water, add sugar, and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the decoction from the heat, cover with a lid, let it steep for 15-20 minutes, then strain and allow it to cool completely to room temperature.
