Chacha sour
Chacha Sour is a distinguished Georgian twist on the classic sour cocktail, harmoniously balancing the bold character of grape pomace brandy with fresh lemon juice and rich honey syrup. Egg white creates a silky, velvety mouthfeel crowned with a luxurious dense foam. For the best texture, always perform a dry shake without ice before the final chilled shake.
