Cheese Soufflé with White Wine
This is a Georgian variation of the classic French cheese soufflé, made with white wine and Georgian cheese. The soufflé is quite easy to prepare and is perfect for dinner or a festive table.
Ingredients

- Dry White Wine50 ml
- Egg yolk3 ცალი

Slice the baguette into thin slices.

Mix the softened butter with chopped garlic.

Spread the garlic butter on the baguette slices.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, add the flour, and sauté lightly.

Pour the hot broth into the saucepan and whisk to prevent the flour from clumping.

Add the white wine.

Bring the soufflé to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Grate the cheese and add it to the soufflé. Mix well until the cheese is completely melted.
