Cherry Tart with Cooked Cream
A delicious cherry tart with a delicate, cooked cream filling. It's the perfect way to make the most of cherry season. This dessert is great for family gatherings or simply to treat yourself.

Pulse all the dough ingredients together in a food processor, then knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Then roll out the dough thinly, place it in a tart pan, prick it with a fork, and cover it with parchment paper. Add dry beans or similar grains on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown, then remove the beans.

Carefully remove from the pan and let cool.

Whisk together eggs, salt, and sugar. Add flour and 1 cup of milk, whisk well. Pour in the remaining milk.
