  • Heavy cream (35%)250 ml
  • Milk50 ml
  • Freshly brewed coffee100 ml

    Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of water.

    Brew the coffee.

    Mix the cream, sugar, and milk. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, add the coffee, condensed milk, and strained gelatin. Stir until the gelatin and condensed milk are completely dissolved.

    Pour into molds, let cool, and refrigerate.

    To easily remove the finished panna cotta from the mold, briefly dip the bottom of the mold in hot water and then invert onto a plate. Alternatively, serve directly in the molds.
