    In a bowl, add the flour, egg, and half of the milk. Mix until a smooth batter forms. Then, add the remaining milk and mix well again.

    Bake the crepes on a non-stick pan or a lightly greased pan on both sides until golden brown.

    Melt butter in a pan, sauté the sliced onions until translucent. Add the spinach and salt to taste. Cook until the spinach leaves are wilted.

    Fry sunny-side-up eggs, as many as the number of crepes you have.

    In the center of each baked crepe, place a slice of processed cheese first, then top with a slice of ham. Spread the spinach mixture, add a fried egg, and fold the crepe into an envelope shape.

    Transfer the prepared crepe envelopes to a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
