Dambalkhacho Khinkali

Add salt to the flour, pour in cold water, and knead a stiff dough.

Grate or chop the Dambalkhacho cheese.

Roll out the prepared dough and cut into circles.

Roll out the cut circles, place a spoonful of grated Dambalkhacho in the center, and wrap into Khinkali shapes.
