Detox lemon ginger tea
This invigorating and cleansing hot drink combines the gentle earthiness of green tea, the warming kick of fresh ginger, the zesty acidity of lemon, and the cooling aroma of fresh mint. It is perfect for kickstarting your metabolism in the morning or refreshing your body throughout the day. For the best flavor and antioxidant retention, brew the green tea with water cooled to around 80-85 degrees Celsius rather than boiling water.
