Dried fruit compote
A classic comforting winter drink infused with the rich flavors of dried apples, pears, prunes, and apricots. Sort and thoroughly rinse all dried fruits under warm running water to remove any dust.

Place the rinsed dried fruit in a large pot, pour in cold water, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
