    Clean the fish and cut it into medium-sized pieces.

    Boil the fish in salted water until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

    Blend together the walnuts, garlic, onion, cilantro, parsley, blue fenugreek, coriander seeds, and saffron.

    Add vinegar and water to the mixture. Mix well.

    Saute the chopped onion in vegetable oil.

    Add the walnut sauce to the sautéed onion and mix well. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
