    First, rub salt on the pork, then apply the prepared mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Place the piece of meat on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius. When it browns, in about 30 minutes, reduce the heat, pour its own juice over the meat, prick it with a fork, then return it to the oven until cooked.
