Garlic Khinkali
Garlic Khinkali is an unusual variation of Khinkali, where garlic leaves are used instead of meat. It's a simple and flavorful dish, especially delicious in the spring when garlic is fresh.

Wash the garlic leaves thoroughly and chop them very thinly.

Add salt, black pepper (optional) and oil to the chopped garlic leaves. Mix well.

To prepare the dough, mix flour and salt together. Pour in boiling water and knead into an elastic dough. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into thin circles.

Place the garlic filling in the center of each dough circle.

Boil the khinkali in salted boiling water until they float to the surface and for another 5-7 minutes.
