  • Sunflower oil100 ml

    Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it stand for 10 minutes.

    Melt the butter, it should be warm, not hot.

    Mix together sugar, salt, egg, and flour. Add melted butter and yeast milk, knead the dough.

    Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Cover with cellophane and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

    Knead the dough again, make small balls and let them rest covered with a cloth for 20 minutes.

    Fry the doughnuts in a deep fryer in oil heated to 170 degrees Celsius.

    Cool the doughnuts and fill them with jam or other desired filling using a pastry bag.
