Georgian Salad
This is the simplest yet most delicious Georgian salad, an indispensable part of any summer feast. The combination of fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs gives it a special fragrance. It's ideal as a side dish for any meal or as a light lunch.

Wash tomatoes and cucumbers, then cut them into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onion and slice it into thin half-rings.

Finely chop the basil and cilantro. If using green pepper, finely chop it as well.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, basil, cilantro, and pepper (if using).

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle with Kakhetian sunflower oil.
