    Prepare a thick-bottomed pan and a board or parchment paper. Slightly moisten the board or paper with water.

    Roast the chopped walnuts in a pan until they are lightly browned. Transfer to a plate.

    Pour the honey into the same pan and bring to a boil 2-3 times, then let it cool slightly.
