    Slice the green tomatoes into thin pieces.

    Boil the tomatoes in salted water for 15 minutes.

    Grind or blend the walnuts, garlic, onion, cilantro, and parsley.

    Add blue fenugreek, coriander seeds, saffron, salt, red pepper flakes, and wine vinegar. Mix well.

    Add the boiled tomatoes and water. Mix well.
