Hot spiced apple cider
This aromatic and comforting hot winter drink features a harmonious balance of natural apple juice, fresh citrus, and warming whole spices. It is the perfect cozy beverage for chilly evenings and festive gatherings. For the best flavor profile, use unfiltered cloudy apple juice and gently simmer without boiling vigorously.

Wash the orange thoroughly and slice it into medium-thick rounds.

In a medium saucepan, combine the apple juice, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and star anise. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
