  • Vinegar (White Wine)60 ml
  • boiling water225 ml

    Place the chopped onion in a saucepan, add the oil, and sauté over medium heat until softened.

    Add tomato paste, vinegar, and boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add ground walnuts, minced garlic, blue fenugreek, saffron, and dried coriander. Season with chili pepper and salt to taste.
