  • Vegetable oil30 ml

    Dissolve yeast, salt, and sugar in lukewarm water. Add oil.

    Gradually add flour and knead the dough until it thickens.

    Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the filling: grate Suluguni, Imeruli cheese, and Mozzarella (if using).

    Add two egg whites and two tablespoons of flour. Mix well to get a thick mass.

    Roll out the dough and spread thin layers of margarine, gently press with your hands and fold the dough. Repeat this process three times.
