  • Cold Milk100 ml
  • Sunflower oil40 ml

    Dissolve milk, yeast and sugar in warm water. Mix well and cover. Leave until the yeast foams (about 10-15 minutes).

    Add salt, oil and flour. Knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands.

    Place the dough in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.

    Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and let it rest for another 10 minutes.

    Roll out all ten balls to a diameter of 20 cm. Brush each with oil.

    Stack the flattened doughs on top of each other. Turn over and roll out as much as possible, to a thickness of about 5 mm.

    Cut into 16 pieces. Place 1 teaspoon of jam on the wide corner of each piece.

    Roll up and place on a baking sheet.

    Brush with egg yolk on top.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
