    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm milk. Leave for 10 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and add the yeast-milk mixture, egg, and melted butter. Knead a soft dough.

    Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.

    While the dough is rising, prepare the filling: mix softened butter, flour, and powdered sugar until smooth.

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a thin layer.

    Evenly distribute the filling on each layer and roll it up into a roll.
